About AMWPOA

Autumn Mountain Woodlands is a private community located in Foster Township Pennsylvania which is on the outskirts of the borough of White Haven (see the map on the Contacts page).  Autumn Mountain Woodlands consists of 66 properties on which there are 23 houses.  All the roads throughout the community are owned by the Homeowners Association which receives no township, county, or state funds or services for their maintenance.     
Autumn Mountain Woodlands Property Owners Association is registered in the State of Pennsylvania as a non-profit Property Owners Association.  It has a totally volunteer elected Board consisting of four officers and three directors.  The Board members and their contact information is available on the above menu bar.  The Board governs the short and long term operations of the community.  The Association has ByLaws and rules and regulations that are also accessible on the above menu bar.

There are quarterly meetings which are announced on this website and all property owners are encouraged to attend.
